Walt Davis graduated from "The Dalles High School" in 1988 and from "Oregon Institute of Technology" in 1995. From OIT he earned a Bachelors of Science in "Software Engineering".
Now working for the State of Oregon as a Software Architect; Walt has 9 years of private sector experience and 5 years public, with a combined total of 14 years developing software, and 6 for startups.
During undergraduate studies Walt specialized in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and built his first reusable Framework (Project Butterfly) in C++.
Walt Davis specializes in Architecture, OOP, Java (J2EE), Web Development, and the creation of distributed reusable building blocks from which to construct agile software structures with a service orientation.
Walt has used TOGAF for creating architecture, ATAM for evaluating architecture, and VRAPS for sustaining architecture.
